Hire Smart is hiring a Property Management Agent to lead our daily operations and ensure excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Rent Collection: Manage timely rent payments and address any related issues.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversee maintenance and repair appointments to ensure prompt resolutions.
- Cleaning Appointments: Arrange for cleaning services as needed for vacant or occupied units.
- Tenant and Owner Support: Keep clients informed about their properties.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of payments, repairs, and client interactions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize urgent requests.
- Relevant Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in property management or customer service.
