Responsibilities:
Proactive candidate sourcing through different platforms Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates Manage job postings Coordinate with managers and supervisors to understand hiring needs Screen applicants and schedule interviews Conduct initial interviews (in person and/or video call) Grade candidates and submit top qualifiers to hiring managers for approval. Requirements for the role: Fluent English (Verbal and Written) Sourcing and Recruiting experience
- Mandatory Experience working in a BPO / Contact Center either as a recruiter or within the workforce High Attention to detail Strong organization skills Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
