What You'll Do
*Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations. *Meet and exceed sales goals. *Deliver excellent customer service. *Learn our processes and become an expert in our operations. *Support and motivate the team while demonstrating leadership qualities. What We're Looking For: *Previous sales experience is required. *Prior leadership, supervisor, or team lead experience is a strong plus. *Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). *Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. *Positive attitude, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. *Someone who enjoys coaching others and leading by example. *Growth Opportunity You'll start as a Sales Agent while learning our business and processes. Based on performance, leadership skills, and business needs, you'll have the opportunity to be considered for a Team Lead position.
