Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Follow sales strategies to close deals and meet sales targets.
Customer Service:

Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Handle objections and provide clear information to help customers make decisions.
Provide post-sales support and manage complaints when necessary.
Database and CRM Management:

Record call details and customer information in the CRM system.
Update and track potential and returning customers.
Maintain accurate call logs and generate performance reports.
Effective Communication in Two Languages:

Assist customers fluently and professionally in both languages.
Adapt tone and communication style according to the customer's culture and language.
Translate basic information when required.
Compliance with Goals and Policies:

Follow call scripts and company procedures.
Meet sales, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Adhere to confidentiality and ethical service standards.
Teamwork and Continuous Learning:

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams.
Participate in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
Stay updated on products, services, and market trends.
