We will count on you to:

• Monitoring movements with the insurance company.
• Review policy issuance.
• Request policy corrections if necessary.
• Make records in the system and share the policy with the client.
• Analysis, review, and dispatch of general policy documentation.

What do you need to have?

• Bachelorâs degree.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service and administrative transactions.
• English proficiency (Bilingual).
